Shipping policy

DELIVERY

METROPOLITAN FRANCE, CORSICA AND MONACO 

For shipments in Metropolitan France, delivery is provided by So Colissimo services (standard delivery within 48h to 96h).

INTERNATIONAL

International delivery is ensured thanks to the Colissimo Expert International and Colissimo Expert Outre Mer services (delivery time varies internationally).

 

All orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). To find out more about delivery times, please contact our customer service department by email [email protected].

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, Mama Shelter undertakes to exchange it or reimburse you within 30 days (except for excluded products, see product sheets and our General Terms of Sale). You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us. You will then be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the following address:
